Services to be Provided

1. The Organizer agrees to provide decluttering and organizing services as mutually agreed upon by both parties. Services may include but are not limited to:

• Decluttering of specified areas within the Client's premises.

• Organizing and sorting items.

• Creating and implementing organizational systems.

• Providing guidance on storage solutions.

• Hauling away or arranging for the disposal of unwanted items as agreed upon.
   

Client Responsibilities

1. The Client agrees to provide access to the premises to the Organizer at the scheduled times.

2. The Client will communicate their organizational needs and goals clearly to the Organizer.

3. The Client will make decisions regarding the disposition of items during the decluttering process.

Fees and Payment

1. The Client agrees to pay the Organizer the agreed-upon fee for services rendered. Fees will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

2. Payment shall be made [specify payment terms, e.g., in full upon completion of services, or a deposit upfront and remainder upon completion].

3. In the event additional services are requested beyond the scope of this Agreement, fees for such services will be discussed and agreed upon separately.

Cancellation Policy

Miscellaneous

1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
